• All prices on Hostnot.com are subject to change without notice.
• Only payment methods listed on the official website are accepted.
• Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date.
• Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.
• Late payments may attract additional charges.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; however refunds are not applicable after 7 days.
• By registering, you agree to receive service and promotional emails from Hostnot.com.
• You may unsubscribe from newsletters anytime.
• Free migration is available only for same control panel services.

• Funds added to the Hostnot wallet are non-refundable.
• Refunded wallet balance is non-withdrawable.
• Wallet balance can only be used to purchase Hostnot services.
• Wallet credits are not transferable between accounts.

• Refunds are processed strictly as per our official Refund Policy.
• Domain registrations, renewals, setup fees, and wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for violations of our policies.

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Hostnot is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect client details.
• Clients must verify successful registration or renewal of their domains.
• Any issue must be reported within 7 working days.
• For .IN domains, mandatory KYC is required.
• Trademark, copyrighted, or adult-related domains are strictly prohibited.

• Free backups are provided as a complimentary service on a best-effort basis.
• Automated backups are taken daily or weekly with a maximum of 4 retentions.
• Accounts exceeding 10GB disk usage or 100,000 inodes are excluded.
• No backups are available for suspended services.
• Customers must always maintain their own independent backups.

• At least 90% of your files must be part of active website content.
• Hosting or downloading movies, music, software, or downloads is strictly prohibited.
• Bulk compressed files are not allowed for storage or sharing.
• The .trash folder is not intended for long-term storage.

Pornographic, nude, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited on all Hostnot hosting plans.

• Sending bulk or unsolicited emails is strictly forbidden.
• Each cPanel account is limited to 100 emails per day.
• Use of safe lists or double opt-in will still be treated as spam if abused.
• Spamming will lead to immediate account termination.

• Torrents, proxy scripts, hacking tools, exploits, malware
• Illegal activities, phishing websites, warez content
• Video/music streaming on shared or reseller hosting
• Background processes & abusive automation
• IP scanners and network abuse tools

• Customers are fully responsible for their website security.
• Hostnot.com is not liable for hacking, malware, or data loss.
• All scripts, plugins, and software must be kept up-to-date.
• Using hosting space purely for backups is strictly prohibited.

If a service is suspended due to malware, phishing, spam, or prohibited content, a reactivation fee of ₹3000 INR will be charged. No waiver applies.

Hostnot.com may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued usage means acceptance of the updated terms.
