Refund Guarantee Overview
  • We provide a 15 Days Credit-Back Guarantee and a 5-Day Refund Policy on all web hosting packages.
  • Refunds are limited to one per customer only.
  • Money-back guarantee is applicable for new customers only.
  • New orders from existing customers do not qualify for the refund program.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible refund period of your service.
Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
  • To request a refund, the customer must submit a cancellation request and open a support ticket.
  • No refund will be processed if the account is suspended due to non-payment.
Non-Refundable Conditions
  • No refund if the account is closed due to TOS violations.
  • No refund for violation of Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
  • No refund for spamming, hacking, abuse, or malicious activity.
  • No refund if no service issue is found on our side.
  • No refund if the service was used extensively before refund request.
  • Partial refunds are not available for bundled or discounted services.
  • No refund for services purchased during promotional campaigns.
Chargebacks & Disputes
  • If a client initiates a chargeback or dispute, no refund will be issued.
  • Accounts involved in chargebacks may be terminated immediately.
  • Dispute-related refund requests are automatically void.
Services Not Eligible for Refund
  • No refund for Domain Registration / Renewal / Transfer.
  • No refund on Renewal Invoices.
  • No refund on Overdue Invoice Payments.
  • No refund on VPS if delivered before cancellation.
  • No refund on Dedicated Servers, SSL, Licenses, Domain Privacy.
  • No refund on Installation Fees or Custom Software.
  • Product upgrades or downgrades are non-refundable.
Legal & Abuse Restrictions
  • No refund for accounts hosting illegal or copyrighted content.
  • No refund for trademarked or brand-conflicting domain usage.
  • No refund for phishing, email abuse, or misuse of services.
  • No refund for inappropriate, immoral, or illegal activities.
  • No refund for suspension due to resource overuse or server abuse.
Wallet & Promotional Rules
  • No refund after funds are added to the Hostnot Wallet.
  • Wallet refunds are non-withdrawable and non-refundable.
  • No refund if a promo code or offer was used.
  • If refund is approved due to duplicate or mistaken payment, it will be processed after verification.
Taxes & Payment Gateway Fees
  • Taxes and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
  • Transaction charges deducted by payment gateways are not covered.
  • Refunded amounts will exclude any third-party processing deductions.
Policy Changes
  • Hostnot.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
  • Continued usage of services means acceptance of the updated policy.
